Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Thinking Masheens handles personal data connected with this website and business inquiries.

1. Who we are

Thinking Masheens (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides AI automation, software and product consulting from Noida | Delhi NCR, India. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact privacy@thinkingmasheens.com. For privacy grievances, contact grievance@thinkingmasheens.com.

2. Scope

This policy applies to visitors to this website and people who contact us about our services. A separate client agreement or project privacy notice may apply when we process data for a client. In that case, the client may control the purpose of processing and should be contacted first about the relevant data.

3. Data we handle

Information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email, company, project description and other information in your message. The website’s inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not itself submit the form to our server. We receive that information only when you choose to send the email.

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process routine request data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic or security logs.

Local website preference. The site stores a small flag in your browser indicating that the brand film has already played. This supports the replay experience and does not identify you to us. We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health data or other sensitive information through the inquiry form or ordinary email.

4. Why we use data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries; assess and discuss potential work; provide agreed services; operate, secure and improve the website; prevent misuse; maintain business records; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where applicable, we process data with consent, to take steps you request before a contract, to perform a contract, for permitted business uses, or to meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share data only as reasonably necessary with hosting, email, cloud, security, professional-adviser and project service providers; with collaborators authorised for an engagement; during a business reorganisation; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. Providers may process data in India or other countries under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. AI tools in consulting work

We do not intentionally place inquiry content into public AI training datasets. During an agreed project, information may be processed through AI or cloud providers only as described in the project agreement, client instructions or an applicable data-processing arrangement. Clients should not provide personal, confidential or regulated data for AI processing until the permitted tools, purposes, access controls and retention terms have been agreed.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, manage a relationship, resolve disputes and comply with law. Unsuccessful inquiries are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably required. Project records follow the applicable agreement and legal requirements. Hosting and email providers may keep security logs and backups under their own retention schedules.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission, storage platform or AI system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and its commencement, you may request access to information about your personal data, correction, completion, updating or erasure, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal. You may also nominate another person to exercise rights where the law permits. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a valid legal need requires it.

To make a request, email privacy@thinkingmasheens.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also use any remedy available through the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority when that remedy applies.

10. Children

This website and our consulting services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Third-party sites

Links to third-party websites and services are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how those third parties handle data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices, services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted here and apply prospectively unless applicable law requires another form of notice.
